The Worth baseball bat has a long history dating way back to the 1920’s.
Baseball has a deep rooted history in the United States and there were many passionate business owners back in the day who helped make the game what it is today.
It’s not just the players, managers and fans that shaped the game.
Where would this game be without the smart business owners who helped design, create and distribute hardball equipment?
The History of Worth
Worth began creating balls in 1920. They even created the first “autographed” one’s with Bob Feller in 1937 and Mickey Mantle in 1952.
They also became the first manufacturer to produce aluminum bats in 1970.
Worth also produced the first official Little League bat in 1972. They then produced the first college aluminum one and called it the “Tennessee Thumper”.
Worth produced the first graphite composite in 1989 and they introduced the Titan line with Patented 5.4L Technology in 2008.
I can remember when I played Little League that the power hitters all used Worth bats. It was almost considered a “secret weapon.” They also make really good baseball gloves too including the Liberty Advanced Series.

I don’t consider Worth bats to be top tier. They just can’t compete with some of the other like Easton and DeMarini.
However, if you’re looking for a bat to compete with and still be successful at the plate then some of these might work for you.
I like the black senior league bat you see pictured below the best. It’s cool looking and actually has some good reviews.
Most of these are older models. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on with Worth. I don’t know if they’ve stopped making bat or not.
Older, proven models equal low prices though. If you click on the pictures you’ll be shocked to see how cheap some of these are.
