In order to facilitate the growth and proficiency of 10-year-old baseball players, we have curated a series of 5 baseball drills for 10 year olds tailored specifically to their age group.

These carefully selected exercises aim to improve their throwing accuracy, fielding abilities, hitting technique, and overall athletic prowess.

– Place significant emphasis on proper throwing mechanics, ensuring a strong follow-through and correct grip technique.

2. Fielding Ground Balls Drill:
– Create a line of cones to define a simulated infield boundary.
– Use a bat to hit ground balls, aiming for the players to successfully field them within the designated boundary.
– Concentrate on teaching the proper fielding technique, including getting the glove down and utilizing both hands effectively.
